Who has the right to judge what shouldn't be posted here?
Ultimately we have full rights to decide what is and isn't offensive. We are very much hopeful that you will
have read this page first before posting. If you do, you won't have to worry about it.
What happens if I post something but did not follow the rules?
It will be removed, please don't make us come after you ;).
What if that makes me mad?
You can be mad, but your image will still be deleted.
Your acceptance of our terms
We provide a service in which the public posts ads and other various content on our site.
This service might at times be updated without notice to the consumer. If you as the consumer decide
to use this service, you automatically agree to comply with these terms. You must agree to any posted
guide(s) provided at time of posting. If you don't agree, don't post. It's that simple. If you dissagree
with anything that we do in the course of posting with us, your only choice is to stop using the service.
What you see is what you get
All postings/content posted on our site is the responsibility of you, the poster. If you don't own that
content, don't post it. If you decide to post something that doesn't belong to you, or you are not
who you say you are or are otherwise being deceptive in any way, the sole responsibility of fault is your
own.
Unfortunately, there may be times when you might be exposed to Content that is considered offensive,
indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. We look to the community to help guide
the overal content. We provide a way for you, the consumer to provide feedback which will allow you to notify
us with your concerns. If we are in agreement that something should be removed, we will do so but
the decision is fully up to us. The liability of posted content lies on the poster and not on us.
Postings may contain links to other sites. Those other sites are completely independent of us.
We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information
contained in any such site. The consumer agrees that they must evaluate, and bear all risks associated
with, the use of any content. You may not rely on any of this content, and that under no circumstances
will we be liable in any way for any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a
result of the use of any content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via our service.
You, the consumer acknowledge that we do not pre-screen or approve content, but that we shall have the
right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any content
that is available via this service for any reason.
